Product Agility

Add to calendar

It’s time for change. It’s time to evolve. It’s time to use our experiences and practice using agile methods to start producing meaningful products with a great user experience. Building on and riffing off the Agile Manifesto, David Hussman presents a new way of thinking and learning in the form of a first version of Product Agility. In two parts, How We Think and How We Work, David presents experiences applying ideas from Product Agility within and across teams. Topics covered include building product teams, early product discovery, planning to learn, and a blend of continuous discovery and delivery. If you’re looking for new ideas to revive or expand your current practice, approach, and thinking, this session will change your game when you return to work.

David Hussman

Working with companies of all sizes worldwide, David Hussman teaches and coaches the adoption of agile methods as powerful delivery tools. Sometimes he pairs with developers and testers; other times he helps plan and create product roadmaps. David often works with leadership groups to pragmatically use agile methods to foster innovation and a competitive business advantage. Prior to working as a full-time coach, he spent years building software in the audio, biometrics, medical, financial, retail, and education sectors. David now leads DevJam, a company composed of agile collaborators. As mentors and practitioners, DevJam focuses on agility as a tool to help people and companies improve their software production skills.
